• Master the System: Process sales transactions accurately using our sales management system.
• Chase Every Lead: Aggressively follow up with leads to generate sales opportunities and maximize your earning potential.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Work with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, keeping customers happy and deals flowing.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously attend training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience, especially in retail or home improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
• A documented history of exceeding sales goals and targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
