Our business is a growing, friendly family-owned and operated business for the past 25 years in Rogers MN. We specialize in high quality countertop fabrication, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and professional installation. We are seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson who is very self- motivated, driven and ready to build a long-term career - not just hold a job.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell countertops, cabinets, flooring, fixtures and installation services
- Meet with customers to help design and create their projects
- Measure layouts and assist in project planning
- Research current trends in design and sales
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate project implementation
- Manage customer projects from sale to completion ensuring quality and efficiency
- Follow leadership direction and take on new responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Solid computer and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problems solving skills and willingness to learn
- Leadership potential with a team-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional references (3 business references required at interview)
