Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday in our Fairfax showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports
- Organize financial records and documents
- Performing administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare for audits
- Processing remote cash deposits
- Posting payments
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Tracking invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
- Reconciling credit card statements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years working in an office environment with accounting responsibilities
- 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
- A firm understanding of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently and take on new and unfamiliar tasks when necessary
- A strong work ethic
- Must be reliable
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000
