Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Fabricator & Box Truck Driver to support growing demand for our TruPlank and TruStep product lines. This role also plays a critical role in ensuring commercial orders are delivered safely and professionally to customers within an 80-mile radius of our Grapevine, TX headquarters.
This position combines warehouse fabrication work with local commercial deliveries and requires strong attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and customer-focused professionalism during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication & Warehouse Operations
- Fabricate TruPlank and TruStep products according to order specifications
- Operate equipment such a table saws and miter saws safely and efficiently
- Cut samples and prepare materials for shipment or delivery
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse workspace
- Support inventory movement and staging of commercial orders
Commercial Deliveries
- Drive box truck to deliver commercial flooring orders within approximately 80 miles of headquarters
- Load and secure materials to ensure safe transport
- Verify order accuracy at pickup and delivery
- Communicate professionally with customers at delivery sites
- Represent the company positively during all delivery interactions
- Provide courteous, solution-oriented service during commercial deliveries
- Communicate delivery updates or issues to internal teams
- Assist customers with basic product handling or order confirmation at job sites
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating fabrication equipment such as table saws, miter saws, heat tables, and industrial glue guns
- Experience driving box trucks for deliveries or commercial services
- Clean driving record and able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift and move flooring materials and samples
- Strong reliability and time management
- Proficient English communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- CDL-B license
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
