Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated provider to join Floora part-time with flexible scheduling options. Hours can grow over time based on your availability and practice growth.
This role prioritizes quality care over volume. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, collaborate closely, and make a meaningful impact in women’s lives every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, 50 minute treatment sessions
- Evaluate and treat pregnancy, postpartum, orthopedic, and pelvic health conditions
- Help patients achieve meaningful goals through individualized plans of care
- Educate patients on movement, strength, pressure management, and lifestyle strategies
- Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continued learning opportunities
- Support community education efforts through workshops, events, and outreach opportunities
- Create an exceptional patient experience built on trust, connection, and education
- Help women feel stronger, more confident, and more supported in motherhood and beyond
Qualifications
- Active California license as a PT, PTA, or OT
- Pelvic health experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest in pregnancy, postpartum care, and women’s health
- Herman & Wallace coursework, ICE Pelvic, Core exercise solutions or equivalent coursework is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Excited about relationship-centered, cash-based care
- Passionate about supporting women through every season of life
