This is an on-site, full-time role for an Installation and Service Coordinator, based in Madison, WI. The Installation and Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating flooring installations, managing vendor and subcontractor relationships, and overseeing job progress to ensure timely completion. They will communicate with clients to address service inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide updates on project statuses. Additionally, the role involves maintaining organized project files and supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities to ensure streamlined processes.
- Experience in Service Coordination and Operations Management to effectively manage schedules, oversee project timelines, and streamline processes.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and facilitate clear and professional interactions.
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, on-site environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and tools; previous experience with project management software is a plus.
- Previous experience in the flooring or construction industry is preferred but not required.
