Job Title: Receptionist/Sales at Floor to Ceiling Store - Hayward, WI

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, both in person and over the phone.
- Ascertain customer needs and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Occasionally assist with checking in materials in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
- Receive payments on customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support inventory control by maintaining organized records and assisting with periodic audits.
- Help organize the store layout and maintain an appealing display of samples and products.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Comfortable using basic office equipment, such as phones and computers.
