Your Day Consists Of
- Partnering daily with stores to support product questions, resolve issues, and turn field feedback into actionable improvements
- Supporting an assigned Buyer and product group by managing financial performance, product setup, and ongoing operational needs
- Managing vendor relationships end to end, including purchase orders, logistics coordination, discrepancies, and documentation accuracy
- Owning SKU setup and data integrity—ensuring costs, retails, collections, and system uploads are accurate and current
- Tracking domestic and international orders, including new store openings, replenishment, special orders, F&D Express, and opportunity buys
- Researching and reconciling invoice and receiving discrepancies while coordinating with Accounting to resolve vendor payment issues
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in merchandising, buying, purchasing, or operations
- 1–4 years of experience supporting products, vendors, or accounts in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets, PO systems, and operational reporting
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized without losing accuracy
- Clear, confident communication skills—you’re comfortable working with stores, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- A customer-first mindset with the confidence to solve problems and escalate issues when needed
- Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.
- Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
