As a Sales Associate at Floor & Decor, you play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend our products to excite them about their purchase.
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure they are clean, shoppable, and safe.
- Work in cooperation with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
- Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Follow established cash, check, and credit card acceptance procedures.
- Create price tags and merchandise signs, stock, tag, and display merchandise.
- Answer the telephone according to company guidelines.
- Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
