Floor Daddy is looking for an energetic, outgoing, relationship-focused Community Outreach Specialist to represent our company throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Your primary mission is simple:
Make sure everyone knows who Floor Daddy is.
You will spend your time attending networking events, building relationships with local businesses, introducing people to the Floor Daddy brand, and identifying opportunities to increase our visibility throughout the communities we serve.
This is a highly social, highly visible role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building meaningful relationships.

- Attend local Chamber of Commerce events
- Participate in BNI groups and networking organizations
- Attend business mixers and professional networking events
- Participate in community events and local business gatherings
- Identify new networking opportunities throughout the Valley
Brand Representation
- Professionally represent Floor Daddy at all times
- Introduce business owners and community members to our company
- Build awareness of our services and reputation
- Become a trusted ambassador for the brand
Relationship Building
- Develop relationships with local business owners
- Connect with Realtors, insurance professionals, contractors, designers, and other referral partners
- Build strategic partnerships throughout the community
- Create opportunities for collaboration and referrals
Community Outreach
- Visit local businesses
- Introduce Floor Daddy to organizations and business groups
- Explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Identify events where Floor Daddy should be present
Opportunity Development
- Generate referral opportunities
- Create introductions for the sales team
- Help leadership identify marketing opportunities within the community
- Continuously expand Floor Daddy's local presence
