With projected sales of over $3M in the next year, we are expanding our team and hiring highly motivated individuals interested in starting a career in flooring installation.
We are currently building three in-house installation crews and are looking for apprentices who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Work with a lead flooring technician to install flooring according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Listen and learn from experienced flooring technicians so that you will one day lead your own team
- Deliver excellent craftsmanship and customer service
- Ensure every project meets company quality standards
Qualifications
- No flooring experience needed
- Demonstrated consistent work history
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work
- Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes
