What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Running warm, scheduled in-home appointments, from company-generated appointments to ones you set up yourself
- Selling with tools that do the work for you: our tablet system shows room visualizations, pricing, and product info on the spot
- Owning the whole client relationship, from first hello to referral request
- Actively networking to grow your pipeline — building ongoing relationships with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients so referrals become a steady second income stream
- Base salary uncapped commission — top performers who put in the work can earn $100,000
- Company van (your mobile showroom) and gas covered — no mileage tracking, no wear on your own car
