Job Overview: Floor Authority is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate is responsible for receiving inbound products, building pallets, and maintaining a clean and productive working environment. This role involves operating a forklift, working closely with the field and installation base to ensure timely and efficient delivery of material. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including dispatching of daily tasks such as cleaning and organization.
- Proficient computer skills that allow for receiving products and printing of necessary paperwork.
- Adherence to the field team’s schedule to ensure correct products are prepared for installation base efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper utilization and maintenance.
- Use Forklift to accept inbound products and ensure all materials are received and stored properly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
TRAVEL & WORK SCHEDULE:
- This is a full-time position with standard business hours, Monday–Friday.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related role in the flooring industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer software and technology.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
