Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Present product demos and provide technical sales support to potential customers.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform product development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong background in B2B sales and flooring industry knowledge preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and identifying growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is essential.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively, showcasing features that meet customer needs.
- Experience in account management with a focus on customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
