We're dedicated to providing exceptional, convenient, and stress-free grooming experiences for pets and their owners. What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality grooming services (bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.) directly to our clients' homes in our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van.
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and their beloved pets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming environment within the mobile spa.
- Manage a flexible schedule and route efficiently, ensuring punctuality for all appointments.
- Communicate professionally and warmly with clients by phone and in person, always with a smile.
- Collaborate with the Floof! team, contributing ideas, and helping to shape the future of our growing business.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive Attitude is PARAMOUNT! You're a ray of sunshine, even on a cloudy day.
- Minimum 2 years of professional pet grooming experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your grooming skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of grooming and customer interaction.
- A true passion for customer service, with the ability to connect easily with pet owners of all ages, including older clients.
- A team player who values collaboration, isn't afraid to share ideas, and wants to grow with us.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to excellent time management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A clean driving record is essential.
