The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full cycle recruiting for every DMTA function, with sales the largest share, plus the ClearCompany ATS and recruiting metrics. This is a builder's role: a newly created seat replacing reactive requisition filling with proactive pipelines. - Newly created seat: you build the pipelines, process and reporting rather than inheriting someone else's.
- Real growth behind the reqs: U.S. headcount has doubled in five years to 170 , with the Hoover and AXIS II Slim launch in 2025 extending the Thulio laser platform.

- 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting across mixed role types, with proven sales or revenue-role hires.
- Has recruited at a national level, not for a single local employer; medical device sales recruiting is the strongest background.
- Builds recruiting metrics and presents them comfortably to non-HR leaders.
- Persistent with hiring managers and keeps candidates engaged through long hiring timelines, especially field service searches.
- Tech-savvy and open to AI in the workflow. ClearCompany not required; any ATS experience transfers.
