Seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support a growing portfolio of MedTech and clinical studies -This is a fully remote role and the opportunity to oversee studies from startup through closeout while partnering closely with sites, sponsors, and internal leadership. -Ideal candidates bring strong monitoring experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

3 years of CRA experience with strong exposure to med device, biotech, and/or pharma clinical trials, including monitoring responsibilities across the full study lifecycle.
Self-driven, adaptable “utility-player” mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique CRO environment where collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving are highly valued.
Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA/IDE studies, site management, with experience supporting implantable studies preferred.
