The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 7 years of sales and leadership experience in the medical device industry
• Experience with robotics and/or capital sales strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to lead and manage through change
