In this role as a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage existing distributor partners throughout the assigned region, acting as a conduit for Trice Medical and their end users. As an RSM, you will be charged with leading, training, and holding the 1099 reps accountable for their sales goals (going with them on sales calls, QTR review, sales training. You will not be doing very much case coverage. Once docs are trained, you move on.
