What You’ll Do
- Claims Intake & File Management: Collect claim details from internal teams or insureds, initiate claim files, and maintain accurate records in both physical files and systems like ImageRight and AMS 360; Navigate proficiently in Agency Management Systems and related platforms.
- Carrier Communication & Reporting: Prepare and submit timely claim notifications to carriers; Maintain expert-level knowledge of carrier claim procedures and protocols and industry best practices; Develop strong relationships with carrier adjusters and staff.
- Client Advocacy & Consultative Services: Serve as the primary advocate for clients and provide sophisticated claims consulting services, offering strategic guidance throughout the claims process; Work closely with insureds and adjusters to bring claims to a satisfactory conclusion; Assist Risk Advisors with prospect and existing client presentations, delivering claims expertise and insights.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting: Inform Account Managers and Risk Advisor of claim activity and significant developments; Analyze loss data to identify trends and provide meaningful recommendations for risk mitigation and safety improvements; Prepare loss runs, claim summaries, trend analyses, narrative reports and other data-driven insights to support client risk management strategies.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness: Identify potential E&O exposures and escalate appropriately; Demonstrate exceptional understanding of claims processes and procedures, performing all duties with minimal direction and a high level of accuracy.
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Current or obtain Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License within 3 months of hire date.
- Requires a valid Colorado driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
- Claims Management: Experience handling insurance claims and using systems like AMS 360 and ImageRight.
- Client Advocacy: Ability to build strong relationships and guide clients through the claims process.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled at analyzing loss data and creating clear, actionable reports.

- Salary Range - Starting pay for this exempt position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, commensurate with experience. In addition to regular pay, this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program. Bonuses may be available for client and employee referrals and for successful completion of approved industry designations.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
