About the Role
We seek a Senior Salesforce Administrator who combines technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills. This role requires establishing scalable processes, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing modern DevOps practices. A successful candidate will understand how Salesforce ties into the overall success of Flock Freight as part of stakeholder management. You'll serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation while maintaining platform integrity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to set clear service boundaries, manage expectations, and negotiate competing priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain project roadmaps
- Design and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Architect scalable solutions and manage integrations with external systems
- Ensure data quality, security, and platform performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT
- Manage version control, deployment processes, and release management using Git workflows
- Configure automated testing and maintain development standards
- Work with Salesforce DX and CLI tools for modern development practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3 years in a senior capacity
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation (Hubspot/Pardot/Marketo)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and setting process boundaries
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP, Census, Gong)
- Proven track record in project management and agile methodologies (Jira)

- Compensation
The expected range for this position is $122,000 - $168,000 per year. This reflects typical earning potential in this role based on market data and individual factors including skill sets, experience, and geographic location. In addition to salary, full-time employees are eligible for an equity package and competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Flock Freight. We target candidates local or willing to relocate to Flock Freight’s San Diego headquarters.
