What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specimen Collector position at FloatR?
- Collection of urine and oral drug screens
- Entering data regarding collections into LIS system or by paper requisition
- Insuring all paperwork pertaining to collections are completed properly by the collector and donor at the time of the collection
- Customer relations including; interactions with donors, exchanges with clients requesting collections, and communications with Truetox Laboratories' staff
- Responsible for ensuring all paperwork and samples are secured in the designated areas
- Responsible for immediately reporting any incidences that would hinder the ability to successfully complete a collection to the Office Manager
- Ability to write short correspondence; good typing skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication skill are required
- Must have the ability to comprehend instructions in several forms; written, oral, or diagram
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
