We are seeking a Wellness Attendant who exudes presence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for health and wellness. This role is ideal for someone who truly lives a wellness lifestyle and takes pride in delivering elevated, heartfelt service with intention and care.
Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations
- A confident, service-driven professional with a calm and welcoming presence
- Passionate about wellness, self-care, and mindful living — and you walk your talk
- Manage service scheduling, appointment changes, check-ins, and check-outs
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails with accurate information
- Ensure hospitality standards are met throughout all guest interactions
- Use our CRM system to support a smooth and seamless guest experience
- Coordinate with practitioners to maintain flow between services
Holistic Hospitality & Service Support
- Deliver five-star service aligned with Float State’s wellness philosophy
- Educate guests on service benefits, wellness products, and offerings
- Collaborate with service providers to uphold high client care standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with empathy and professionalism
- Assist in turning over treatment rooms and supporting a calming environment
Facility & Operational Support
- Maintain cleanliness and turn over of all service rooms, guest and staff areas throughout the day
- Assist with laundry, restocking supplies, and general tidying
- Troubleshoot scheduling or service issues calmly and efficiently
- Stay up to date with services, communication, and ongoing education
- Participate in team training and wellness education initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Complete daily opening, closing, and operations checklists
- Receive deliveries and help organize and restock inventory
- Support in-house events, workshops, and special activations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Be a team player willing to help wherever needed
- Follow company guidelines and policies as outlined in our handbook
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a customer service–based position
- 4–5 years of computer literacy and comfortability with tech systems
- 2 years of experience in cash handling and/or POS operations
- An above-and-beyond approach to customer service
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Flexible scheduling availability (mornings, nights, weekends)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
