Float Euphoria is a health and wellness spa in Kennewick offering esthetics, massage, acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, Thai Yoga stretching, Reiki, Sunlighten Infrared Sauna, and zero-gravity floatation services in our Dreampods.

As Wellness Coordinator, you will support daily operations while helping create a positive and seamless guest experience. We are seeking friendly, professional individuals with a genuine interest in wellness and delivering an elevated experience for every guest.

Job duties
- Provide professional, attentive, and welcoming customer service in person, by phone, and via text
- Manage a high-volume appointment schedule using custom spreadsheets and scheduling systems, including booking services for guests and following established procedures with accuracy and care
- Check guests in and out and process payments reliably and efficiently
- Run front desk, including answering phones and messages, supporting daily administrative needs, and completing other tasks as assigned
- Scan, organize, and file both digital and physical paperwork
- Communicate with the team via Slack and actively participate in ongoing operational and team discussions
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Assist guests with float services, including providing clear and supportive orientations for first-time guests
- Demonstrate knowledge of our wellness services and effectively coordinate offerings for guests
- Turn over float and sauna rooms between guests, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and preparing rooms for the next session
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility, including in the lobby, treatment rooms, bathrooms, and staff areas, and completing multiple loads of laundry daily, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and supplies
Hours
- Full-time position (35–40 hours per week)
- Includes opening, closing, and weekend shifts
Requirements
- Customer service experience: Strong commitment to providing a positive and professional guest experience
- Computer skills: Data entry, spreadsheets, navigating websites, and team communication tools (such as Slack or similar platforms)
- Attention to detail & accuracy: Ensure tasks are completed correctly and consistently
- Time management & multitasking: Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Physical requirements: Comfort using cleaning products, performing physical tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Operational support: Willingness to perform a significant amount of cleaning and other operational duties as part of daily responsibilities
- Communication skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Reliability & consistency: Dependable, follow procedures, and complete tasks thoroughly
- Long-term commitment: Interest in steady, long-term employment
Pay
$18.00 per hour
