Your Role
As a Spa Associate, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure our clients receive exceptional service, including:
Scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out
Welcoming new clients and guiding them through our orientation
Answering phone calls and assisting with service inquiries
Cleaning and preparing rooms between sessions
Promoting and selling our products, services, and memberships
Maintaining float tanks (full training provided!)
Working as a team and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
What We’re Looking For
We value customer service above all else. If you have 2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, are skilled with computers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance are also important.
