What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Float 207, LLC?
Come join our team this season Float 207! We currently offer flotation therapy, massage, contrast therapy, infrared saunas and soon offering Redlight Therapy. We are looking for an individual who shares our interest in personal wellness, with a drive to learn and be part of this emerging industry! This is a part-time position. The right person for this position is someone who enjoys helping others and has a love for cleanliness! There is a fair amount of cleaning, we pride ourselves in having a safe & clean facility! Just check out our google reviews! We are looking for someone to work mostly closing shifts during the week and weekend shifts. During the summer there will be some morning shifts available.
Associates are responsible for but not limited to:
-Scheduling appointments
-Greet and check clients in and out
-New client orientation
-Product and Service Sales
-Answering calls and online messages
-Email correspondence
-Cleaning between sessions
-Deep cleaning
-Pool chemistry and more…

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers for processing sales and returns efficiently
- Ability to stock and merchandise products effectively to drive sales and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to assist customers and team members effectively
- Experience in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Knowledge of technology sales and technical products to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Proven track record in up selling and increasing sales through effective product recommendations
-Cleaning knowledge and eye for detail. We keep our space very clean for a great customer experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
