Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and exe/cution of dynamic, AI-enhanced social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Working within a small team or independently, this role leverages AI tools to scale content production, manages small budget paid campaigns, engages audiences, and delivers weekly analytical insights. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential to drive brand presence and business growth in an AI-first marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI) to accelerate ideation, copywriting, image generation, and short-form video production while preserving brand voice
- Develop and refine prompt libraries and AI workflows that ensure consistent, on-brand output across platforms
- Manage social media campaigns and small budget paid advertising, using AI-driven audience targeting, creative testing, and bid optimization features within ad platforms
- Engage and grow the online community through effective communication and moderation, supported by AI-assisted response drafting, sentiment analysis, and social listening tools
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance weekly, using AI analytics platforms to surface trends, predict content performance, and recommend data-backed adjustments
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and messaging, including evaluating and piloting new AI tools that improve efficiency and ROI
- Maintain content calendars and utilize content management systems with AI-powered scheduling, hashtag, and SEO recommendations
- Apply human review and brand-safety judgment to all AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy, originality, and compliance with platform and disclosure guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years' experience in social media management
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and content management systems
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for copy, image, and/or video creation, plus comfort writing effective prompts
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, social listening, or scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Later)
- Basic graphic design skills, enhanced by AI design tools, to elevate content quality
- Strong editorial judgment to fact-check, edit, and add a human touch to AI-generated outputs
- Awareness of AI ethics, copyright, and platform disclosure best practices
- Creativity, curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, and strong time management abilities
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
