Certified Pilates Instructor

FLO PILATES is coming to Palo Alto this Winter —a boutique Reformer Cadillac studio dedicated to mindful movement and elevated client care. We’re recruiting experienced, certified Pilates instructors who are eager to:

Position Types:

• Part-Time Available

Qualifications

• 450 hour comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat and Reformer required)
• Familiarity or certification in Cadillac, Chair, and other apparatus is a STRONG PLUS
• Confidence teaching clients of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels
• Comfortable with small group formats and personalized feedback
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Passion for continuous learning and willingness to attend training

Responsibilities

• Guide group, private, and semi-private Pilates sessions rooted in safe and intelligent movement
• Confidently cue and correct using both anatomical knowledge and visual demonstrations
• Offer effective modifications and progressions for various client needs
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive studio environment
• Uphold FLO’s values of transformation, presence, and purpose in every class
• Collaborate with the studio team on curriculum, special classes, and community engagement
• Help clients reconnect with their bodies—and their potential
