Responsibilities

• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation routes.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and healthcare providers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
• Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
