Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a contract role responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for FLO by HAC. This hybrid position is based in Carrollton, TX, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and scheduling and participating in discovery calls or presentations. The specialist will build and maintain relationships with city and water authority contacts, collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, and track business development activities in CRM or related systems.
