- Source, qualify, and engage leads across creators, nightlife groups, colleges, brands, and venues.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, and social channels.
- Nurture prospects and book meetings for the partnerships & sales team.
- Develop a strong understanding of Flite’s product and pitch it with confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline and follow up relentlessly.
- Attend events, meet organizers, and build community relationships IRL.
- Work closely with founders to iterate on scripts, pitch angles, and outreach strategy.
- ~2 years of sales, partnerships, customer-facing, or outbound experience.
- A natural communicator who’s comfortable reaching out cold and building rapport quickly.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and learns on the fly.
- Organized, persistent, and driven — you don’t half-send anything.
- Passion for creators, entertainment, live experiences, or consumer tech.
- High energy. High ownership. Low ego.
- Experience in SaaS, creator economy, or events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Comfortable being on calls and meeting people in person.
