Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Office Administrator role based in Bakersfield, CA. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including office operations and logistics. Key responsibilities include overseeing office equipment, maintaining organized records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various communication and scheduling needs. Some website design and managment experience is required for this job. Also, managment of email, subscriptions, passwards and other record keeping information. Also, project and tasks will be assigned, communication and task completion are a must, as well as being a self driven person.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data management
- Experience with handling Office Equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of office systems
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure positive team interaction and client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Highly profecient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
