What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator you'll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership.
You'll support the full recruiting lifecycle—from finding top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment.
Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for bonus and/or commission as well as equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.
Compensation Range:
$60,000—$75,000 USD

What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator you'll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership.
You'll support the full recruiting lifecycle—from finding top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment.
- Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen.roles
- Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and ai technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow - learn - fail fast and keep going
- We're international, spanning the US, UK, and Canada
- We've raised $30M to date including our recent $20M Series A - backed by Ridge, Next Coast, ScOp, Bullpen Capital, Data Point and Forum Ventures, as well as founders & executives from Amazon Alexa, Ada, Attentive, and Simon Data
- Comprehensive healthcare and unlimited vacation, including a mandatory half week for everyone over July 4, and a full week off at the end of the year
- In office 5 days/week in our satellite office in Suffolk County, NY. With expectations to work from our HQ office in NYC
