Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated hands-on Foreman to join our team. Our ultimate goal is to create a "dream team" that we can truly count on as far as reliability and experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This candidate will take the lead in working on the daily and weekly projects that are assigned while working with the crew to make sure the site stays clean and organized as a lot of our work is done inside homes that are occupied.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide the construction process effectively.
- Assess, organize and execute projects given in a timely manner with little to no interruptions.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with others, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure you have all materials needed to execute the project.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing workforce dynamics effectively.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and inventory for tools and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings related to construction projects.
