Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities
Establish and oversee kitchen/dining room sanitation, schedules, and daily operations.
Recruit, train, hire, and supervise a dedicated staff team across all shifts.
Ensure full compliance with state, federal, OSHA, and health regulations.
Prepare delicious, resident-focused meals daily while managing productivity.
Qualifications
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with 2 years experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary/Dietary certification preferred).
ServSafe certification (or equivalent) required.
3 years supervisory experience in dietary/kitchen settings.
Working knowledge of kitchen equipment, nutrition, diets, and sanitation.
