Drivers operate across the lower 48 states handling general commodity freight. Freight movement is coordinated to reduce idle time, with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads and no-touch freight. This allows each CDL-A truck driver to stay focused on driving while maintaining reliable weekly productivity.

Compensation
Weekly Pay: $1,275 to $1,550
A guaranteed minimum of $1,200 per week is provided for the first 90 days to support a stable transition into the fleet. Pay is structured to reflect consistent miles and steady freight availability.

Home Time & Schedule
Drivers receive a 48-hour reset every two weeks, with select lanes offering more frequent home time. Scheduling is built to provide predictability while maintaining consistent freight movement.

Freight & Equipment
Freight consists of dry van loads with 100% no-touch handling. Most loads are drop-and-hook, supporting efficient turn times.

Equipment includes late-model 2017–2022 Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, all equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters. Equipment is assigned based on availability and maintained for long-haul reliability.

Driver Requirements
Must have at least 6 months of CDL A driving experience within the past 24 months, or 1 year within the past 3 years
Valid Class A CDL required
Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one
