offers programs in music and dance for more than 3,500 students of all ages and levels each year. The Flint School of Performing Arts offers tuition assistance.

Responsibilities
- Additional opportunities may include teaching through FSPA community partnership programs.
- Communicate regularly with FSPA Office staff regarding enrollment, attendance, schedule and other organizational issues.
- Communicate with students, parents/guardians regularly to ensure that their needs are met.
- Provide reporting as necessary from the FSPA office
- Additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work with all ages, skill levels, and a diverse student pool
- Ability to work with all levels of internal and external patrons
- Ability to maintain a calm and cheerful manner when under pressure
