This position, based on-site in Wichita, Kansas, offers flexibility to work 15-30 hours per week around your school schedule (primary hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM M-F). What You Will Do Take an active role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data systems, data flows, and complex calculations. Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to tackle critical issues spanning multiple business applications. Investigate root causes of recurring issues, working closely with IT teams, end users, and vendors to design and implement effective, long-term solutions. Proactively monitor alarms and alerts to enhance the reliability and integrity of critical data and integrations. Maintain and enhance documentation, partnering with the product team to ensure both support and user documentation is clear and comprehensive Build your knowledge of the technology stack and its impact on business operations, while actively seeking ways to elevate customer experience and service quality through automation, AI exploration, and proactive monitoring. Engage with the product delivery team to contribute insights on improving supportability and system reliability, stay informed about upcoming product releases and changes, and keep support processes current. Gain insights into product strategy and forecast support needs by collaborating with product owners and leveraging product roadmaps. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Currently pursuing an associate’s degree, technical certificate, or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Support, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related IT field. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers. Have a foundational knowledge of SQL, capable of writing or interpreting basic queries. Show enthusiasm for supporting and troubleshooting data systems and integrations. What Will Put You Ahead Previous experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or customer service roles. Interest or experience in programming languages such as .NET, TypeScript, or Python. Familiarity with event-driven and API integrations. Curiosity about cloud technologies, especially AWS services like Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch. Interest or experience with graph databases, particularly Neo4j.
