The Industrial Services Advisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of services by interfacing with contractors, coordinating resources, and maintaining compliance with organizational strategies and environmental standards. This role is critical in facilitating the optimal selection of equipment, alignment of service capabilities with project needs, and the efficient management of spill responses and resource planning.

What You Will Do
- Capability Advising- Collaborate with contractors to clarify capability requests, ensuring the selection of appropriate equipment and services.
- Service Coordination-Align service capabilities with the priorities of requestors, including Area Maintenance Personnel to ensure services meet operational demands.
- Spill Response Management-Coordinate spill response efforts, utilizing efficient tools and resources to meet productivity standards and satisfy IS, Operations, and Environmental team expectations.
- Resource Planning-Develop and implement weekly resource plans that follow the contractor strategy
- Site Audits-Conduct audits to uphold the 5S Vision, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of Vac truck operations, Waste Management Areas, wash pads, and job sites with IS support.
- Turnaround (TA) Support-Provide support for maintenance and TA activities, monitor progress, and communicate TA updates to relevant stakeholders
- On Call Duties-Participate in the rotation of IS On Call responsibilities, providing coverage during holidays and ensuring responsiveness to service needs during on-call periods.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial services with a combination of the following related fields: hydroblasting, waste handling, spill/emergency response, and vacuum truck operations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to take on call duties, including holiday coverage and emergency responsiveness.
- 7 years experience in industrial services with a combination of the following related fields: hydroblasting, waste handling, spill response, and vacuum truck operations
