Flint Hills Moving is seeking a dependable, experienced professional ready to step into a leadership role as a Crew Lead. What You’ll Do:
- Lead moving crews on residential and commercial moves, ensuring safety, efficiency, and professionalism
- Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and truck & trailer, safely and responsibly
- Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to crew members
- Ensure top-notch customer service by positively interacting with clients during deliveries
- Oversee loading, unloading, and packing of furniture, boxes, and household goods
- Maintain organized, clean trucks and equipment
- Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, logistics, and crew performance
Qualifications:
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- Prior moving experience preferred
- Delivery driver experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and guide others
- Ability to safely drive box trucks and truck & trailer required
Requirements:
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage of $18–20/hour (based on experience)
