What You'll Do

As an ag and turf technician at Flint Equipment Company, you will perform basic diagnostics, routine maintenance, and high-quality service repairs on John Deere agricultural, turf, and construction equipment to keep our customers running at peak productivity.

Ag Equipment Technician Requirements:

• Equipment Technician must have at least 3 years of verifiable heavy equipment mechanic experience servicing and diagnosing agricultural and turf equipment
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Equipment Technician must possess a valid driver's license and meet all federal and state compliance requirements
