  • Advise supervisors on operational challenges and escalate significant concerns to program leadership or the Wells Fargo client, as appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Workplace Ambassador, Supervisor, and related support roles to reinforce clear accountability and consistent execution.

Workplace Experience & Employee Support

  • Support new hires, relocating employees, and employees using flexible or shared workspaces.
  • Promote workplace engagement and community by partnering with supervisors, site leaders, and coordinators on employee activities.
  • Gather feedback on flexible seating and the overall workplace experience, then communicate themes and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Address employee and client inquiries tactfully, professionally, and confidentially in accordance with company policies.

Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with facilities, technology, life safety, badge access, vendors, and other support teams to resolve workplace issues promptly.
  • Ensure service issues are recorded in the appropriate system, assigned for follow-up, and monitored through resolution.
  • Maintain meeting room standards and coordinate corrective action for room, technology, and audiovisual maintenance issues.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships through responsive communication, clear ownership, and effective follow-through.

Performance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Review monthly metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to service delivery, employee experience, ticket resolution, compliance, and program consistency.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace, clear desk, neighborhood seating, and related policies, coordinating resolution of concerns when needed.
  • Identify cost-saving and operational-efficiency opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Lead, manage, or provide subject-matter expertise for projects and initiatives that improve workplace operations.

Qualifications:
