Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL, for the role of Aircraft Mechanic and Avionics Technician. Responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, modifications, and scheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, structures, and powerplant components. The role requires adherence to all safety and regulatory standards, proper documentation of work conducted, and collaboration with a team of skilled professionals to ensure high-quality services that exceed industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Aircraft Structures and Aircraft Maintenance, including inspecting, repairing, and overhauling aircraft parts and components
- Knowledge of PowerPlant and Aircraft Systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience with comprehensive Aircraft Systems operations, repairs, and servicing
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and safety compliance requirements
- Excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety protocols
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification is preferred not required
- Relevant work experience in commercial aircraft maintenance will be an advantage
