About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Art Director who can turn strategy into beautifully executed, brand-defining work. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can concept, design, and produce best-in-class creative from first idea through final delivery while elevating the quality and consistency of our visual output across every touchpoint.
You will lead design thinking on campaign-level creative, partner closely with writers, strategists, developers, and producers, and set a high bar for craft, clarity, and cohesion. You should be as comfortable building a campaign system as you are refining typography, layout, and production details.
What You Will Do
Create strong, branded design work from initial concept through final production across a wide range of deliverables, including:
- Digital and print advertising, out-of home, direct mail
- Brand identity and branding systems, including logos, visual guidelines, and brand toolkits
- Websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
- Brochures, magazines, white papers, corporate reports and other collateral
Lead the design and layout of campaign creative, particularly advertising-focused work across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Conceptualize and develop design solutions that clearly communicate the brand message while supporting business and marketing goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, timelines, and constraints and translate them into effective creative solutions.
Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and maintains consistency across platforms, channels, and audiences.
Design and produce marketing materials including branded collateral, website elements, print assets, and presentations with a high level of craft and polish.
Present work clearly and confidently, articulating design rationale and responding thoughtfully to feedback.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging design standards, and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
Act as a creative leader within the team by setting examples for quality, process, and professionalism.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design or art direction with a strong background in advertising-specific design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, campaign work, and exceptional execution across digital and print.
- A deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual systems.
- Experience designing for paid media, including digital ads, social campaigns, and out-of-home.
- Strong production skills and an understanding of how work moves from concept to real-world execution.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- A designer who takes ownership, pushes the work forward, and cares deeply about craft and results.

- Experience with motion design, video graphics, or animated content for digital, social, or campaign work.
- UX/UI experience designing websites, landing pages, or digital products with a strong emphasis on usability and visual systems.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
