Overview
We are seeking an adaptable, proactive, and highly communicative Warehouse Operations Coordinator to keep our facility running seamlessly. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge connecting our warehouse floor, the cores department, and our drivers. Key Responsibilities
- Load Control & Driver Readiness: Verify that all trucks and trailers are loaded correctly and securely. Ensure drivers have all necessary equipment and inventory in their trailers before departure.
- Floor & Dock Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and high-flowing warehouse floor. Constantly monitor dock doors to ensure trailers are available, track incoming core/empty trailers, and position them strategically for daily routes.
- Inbound & Paperwork Coordination: Oversee returning drivers and trailers carrying cores. Ensure all inbound shipments are highly organized and all accompanying paperwork is accurate and processed.
- Daily Communication & Logistics: Maintain constant communication with drivers to coordinate trailer movements. Partner with the cores department to ensure shared equipment (like pallet jacks) is returned promptly.
- General Operations Support: Act as a proactive right-hand to the Warehouse Manager, jumping into various tasks and adapting to changing daily priorities to support the team.

- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse logistics, dock scheduling, shipping/receiving, or a coordinator role is highly preferred.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.21 per hour
