Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller/Accountant to lead the financial operations of our Air Charter Company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial management practices, be highly-organized, with a passion for driving efficiency and transparency across all financial activities.
Duties
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable processing, and payroll administration.
- Keep Quickbooks accounting records accurate, correctly categorized and up to date
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to support organizational planning and decision-making.
- Manage all aspects of payroll
- Assist with filing monthly and quarterly tax forms throughout the year
- Manage the company Health Insurance Plan
- Assist Sales team with inbound/outbound wire transfers/checks/invoices etc.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
- Ability to perform reconciliations efficiently
- Experience managing accounts payable/receivable processes with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Familiarity with payroll processing
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, office management and a good working knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel is essential.

Flight Level Services is an Air Charter Operator based at the Danville-Boyle County Airport and this position will be based there. Pay based upon experience. Background check required.
Pay: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
