What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our programs and events
- Respond to phone and email inquiries with warmth, clarity, and precision
- Guide guests through booking birthday parties, group events, and promotions
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth transactions and top-tier service
Who You Are
- A natural communicator—friendly, articulate, and attentive
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension)
- A team player who’s proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy with solid typing and database navigation skills
- Experienced in customer service (call center experience is a plus!)
