We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead ice rink operations and support trampoline park management. This hands-on role oversees coaches, staff, programming, and scheduling for ice activities, while also serving as Manager on Duty and supporting park operations. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence across both attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule ice rink programming, including hockey and figure skating
- Ensure coach certifications and compliance with SafeSport standards
- Manage inventory, contracts, and guest inquiries for ice activities
- Support trampoline park operations, staffing, and guest services
- Serve as Manager on Duty and lead by example during peak hours
- Train and develop team members across both departments
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in facility or ice rink operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- First-aid, CPR, and AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
