Full Time Benefits

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

As our Food Service Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Flick’s Pub operations:

• Lead day-to-day kitchen and dining room operations
• Ensure consistently high-quality food preparation and service
• Schedule, train, coach, and motivate food service staff
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Create strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and community engagement
• Jump in where needed—because great leaders lead by example

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• Background in food service management, bartending, culinary, or food handling
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and best practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment

Nice-to-Have Extras

• Hands-on cooking experience
• Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality operations
• A “pitch-in” attitude and problem-solving mindset
