The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team for a full-time, remote role. This position offers an excellent hands-on learning opportunity for individuals eager to gain real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce high-level, professional video content (Reels, Shorts) and visually compelling graphics/photos that highlight the energy of sports and our platform.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing our day-to-day social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Market Research: Contribute to market research initiatives to identify trends in sports networking, competitor analysis, and audience behavior.
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in executing broader marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Support sales initiatives and customer engagement efforts to help grow and nurture the Flickmatch community.
- Outreach Campaigns: Participate in creating and executing customer outreach campaigns to attract new users and sports enthusiasts to the app.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Advanced Software Proficiency: High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a strict requirement. You must also be highly skilled in the broader professional creative suite (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or DaVinci Resolve) to produce polished, top-tier visual assets.
- A Stellar Portfolio: You have a portfolio, social media account, or reel that showcases your professional-grade video and photo editing skills.
- Platform Mastery: You natively understand how algorithms work on Instagram, YouTube, and other major social networks. You know the difference between content that feels authentic and content that feels like an ad.
- Proactive & Independent: You are a self-starter who can thrive in a remote setting, manage your time effectively, and pitch out-of-the-box ideas.
- Passion for Sports: An interest in sports, community building, and tech is highly preferred!

Compensation
- 8000 to 12000 rupees per month
